Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with our products.
However, if you are not completely satisfied for any well-grounded reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or an exchange.

All returns must be postmarked within 7 days of the order received.
All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
To return an item, please email customer service at email@example.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. You will be required to support your return claim with additional images of the merchandise in question and a valid motive stating the reason to your request.
After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase and the return form provided and mail your return to the address our team will provide you with.
Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges with an exception of faulty item/s, missing part/s and wrong item/s received.
We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return. You may also use the prepaid shipping label enclosed with your package.
All returns must meet the following requirements:
- Merchandise return process must be initiated within 7 days of receiving order.
- Merchandise must be unworn, unaltered, undamaged, unused, and unwashed.
- Merchandise must have all tags, accessories, and original paperwork.
- Final Sale and Special Order items may not be returned.
If any returns do not meet these requirements, you will be contacted, the items will be returned to you immediately, and a refund will not be issued. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the item/s have any signs of wear, alterations, misuse or damage.
Please include the following when emailing us for returns or exchanges:
- Phone Number
- Order Number
- Item(s) being exchanged
- Valid reason
SHIPPING and DELIVERY
Shipments and/or delivery dates are merely estimated by the shipment company and failure of shipment and/or delivery delay/s will not constitute grounds for refunds, charge backs, setoffs or any other damages or claims against us. All transportation charges are made in addition to the price of the products purchased and we do not hold ourselves responsible for any delays or damages occured during transportation and/or any loss and/or destruction of the products.
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least 10 working days to process returns from the receipt of your item.
Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Final Sale/Sale and Special Order items may not be returned, exchanged or refunded
